Not sure what to do with leftover pumpkin purée?! I got you covered with this easy & delicious breakfast…or snack!
Ingredients
1-5.3 oz container vanilla yogurt (I use the brand Lavva)
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
½ banana-sliced
¼ cup Pumpkin Cinnamon Granola or granola of your choice (I use the brand Purely Elizabeth)
Dash of cinnamon
Directions
1. Add yogurt and pumpkin purée to a small bowl and mix together until evenly combined
2. Top with sliced banana, granola, a dash of cinnamon & enjoy!
