Pumpkin Pie Baked Oats

These baked oats could pass for breakfast or dessert. With a perfect touch of sweetness and hint of pumpkin flavor…this recipe is a real treat! Oh, and its loaded with antioxidants and vitamins that will help boost your immune system and skin complexion

Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats

¼ cup pumpkin puree

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

¼ cup plant-based milk

Dash of cinnamon for garnish

 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until evenly combined

3. Add to an oven safe dish with a dash of cinnamon and bake for 15-20 minutes
