Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
¼ cup plant-based milk
Dash of cinnamon for garnish
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
