What better way to start the Fall season than with these Pumpkin Spice Waffles?!
Ingredients
1 ½ cups oat flour
1 cup water
1 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of pink himalayan salt
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and batter forms
2. Preheat waffle iron and spray with oil (I use coconut oil)
3. Laddle batter into waffle iron and cook for about 2 minutes or until golden brown (the size of your waffle iron will determine how much to laddle in…be careful not to over pour)
4. Carefully remove waffle and repeat with remaining batter
Enjoy with a dab of vegan butter and drizzle of maple syrup!
